Breastfeeding Support (postnatal Period)

Service Description

The team at Midwife's Diary works to ensure that women achieve their desired breastfeeding experience.  During your Postnatal  period Our service is on-demand. Our midwife visits you and your newborn at home and can actively assist you with establishing successful  breastfeeding with your newborn during his/hers feeding times. This is always a great opportunity to voice any concerns e.g sore nipple, mastitis, blocked ducts ect... both you and your partner/support person will feel more confident, and will receive lots of new information to support a successful breastfeeding journey. During your booking we will also cover the basics of how breastfeeding works, latch and positioning, common pitfalls and solutions.
